Belly Dancing is a form of exercise with graceful dance moves and beautiful feminine creativity based on the folkloric and performance dance styles of the Middle East. It’s a great way to get fit, flexible, confident and work every muscle in your body while having fun!
Delve into the fascinating world of belly dance! Belly dancing is not only a great female fitness program, but also balancing for mind and soul and really fun!
Our experienced and talented belly dance teacher is Meera.
What to wear: Please wear comfortable fitting clothes such as gym wear so that your movements can be easily seen and a scarf for the hips (hip scarves can be borrowed). You can either dance barefoot, in socks, or flat dance shoes,
Where to park: there is plenty of street parking around our building and the near-by streets. It is free after 6pm
