New 8 wk Courses in January

SALSA 8 WEEK COURSES
Learn everything you need to know so you start dancing Salsa with confidence, including timing / footwork / leading & following techniques / turns / concepts and more!

BEGINNERS:
Mondays 6.15pm from January 11th.
Thursdays 6.15pm from February 4th.
IMPROVERS 1:
Mondays 7.15pm from January 11th.
IMPROVERS 2:
Thursdays 7.15pm from February 4th.

ZOUK 8 WEEK COURSES
Zouk Lambada is the new Brazilian partner dance that’s setting dance floors around the world on fire, and now you can learn the basics and beyond right here.

BEGINNERS:
Thursdays 8.15pm from February 4th.
IMPROVERS:
Mondays 8.15pm from January 11th.

BURLESQUE 8 WEEK COURSES
This popular ladies only class continues with Kimberley taking the Advanced performance class, and Audrey & new guest teacher Margaret taking the Beginners.

ADVANCED (CHOREOGRAPHY):
Tuesdays 7.15pm from January 12th.
BEGINNERS / OPEN:
Tuesdays 8.15pm from January 12th.

New Performance Courses

We have TWO new Performance Courses that are intended to be performed at the upcoming NZ Pacific Salsa Congress in April (Easter weekend).

ZOUK LAMBADA PERFORMANCE
Calling all Zouk lovers, come together and train hard out with a great team of like minded dancers for 8 weeks, then set the floor on fire at the NZ Pacific Salsa Congress.

Course starts TUESDAY Feb 9th @ 8.00pm.

INFO & AUDITION NIGHT: 8.00pm TUES JAN 26th @ VIVA LATINO STUDIO

Find out everything you need to know about the course, times, costs etc.. plus there will be a short audition to see what you got. You dont need to prepare anything prior, just come ready to dance, and have some fun. You should have at least a beginner level knowledge of Zouk for this course though.

SAMBA PERFORMANCE
Ladies this exciting 8 week course is for you! You will learn a sizzling Samba dance routine from one of the best Samba dancers/performers in Australasia - Graziela Oborn from Brazil – and there will be an opportunity at the end to perform at NZ’s biggest Salsa dance event.

Course starts MONDAY Feb 8th @ 8.30pm.

Viva Latino’s popular weekly Salsa party at the studio.

ZUMBA BEACH CRUISE: Saturday Feb 13th, 10.00am – 5.00pm.
Cruise around the harbour and out to Motuihe Island, do 2x Zumba workshops with 2 instructors and lots of other Zumba enthusiasts, includes healthy lunch & activities.
$50 before Feb 1. $60 after Feb 1st.
