We have some exciting news for you!

Guess who is coming to teach 4 levels of Zouk here at Viva Latino at the end of July. Bebe Genivaldo Moreira Duarte! He is one of the worlds leading Zouk Lambada dancers.  Bebe started dancing in Porto Seguro, Brazil - the birth place of Lambada.  He has 16 years of dance experience and participated teaching at Zouk Lambada congresses worldwide including: Brazil, Argentina, Barcelona, London, Amsterdam, Bali and Australia. Bebe came second in the world comps in 2007. His dance style is Porto Seguro style Zouk Lambada and LambaZouk, which is more circular and rhythmic than Rio style Zouk Lambada.  

We are very lucky to have such a talented and well respected Brazilian teacher here with us for two months teaching 4 levels of Zouk: beginners, improvers, intermediate and advance. Zouk is a modern form of the traditional Brazilian ‘forbidden dance’. It is considered one of the most beautiful, sexy and smooth Latin dance styles; the modern version unites the body and mind into a trance like state for the dancer, leaving the spectator mesmerised. It’s often slow and sensual, enabling many steps and turns.
