Zumba is a great way to loose calories; in fact you burn on average 500-800 calories per class! Zumba consists of Latin Rhythms, easy to follow moves. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba class!

Is it a course? Can I turn up without the booking?
- No it’s not a course and yes, you can come without booking. Zumba class runs on a casual basis, so you can join any day you want
What do I wear?
- It is a dance fitness class, so you’ll need sportswear and sport shoes
Is it the same level from Monday to Thursday?
- Yes, we run Zumba Basics classes and all of them are the same level throughout the week
Is it suitable for absolute beginners?
- Yes, no previous experience needed. Zumba consists of simple repetitive moves, which are easy to follow. The most difficult ones are explained before each song by the instructor
Is it ok if I’m uncoordinated?
- Yes =), if you think that everybody notices that you get any moves wrong, believe us it’s not the case. When you are in the class you either look at the instructor or at yourself in the mirror, there is no time to notice other people next to you
